Can I start small and upgrade anytime?
Yes, you can. You can choose from a few different subscriptions plans and switch from one to another in any billing cycle.
If you are not quite sure which plan would be a good fit for your case, just book a demo with us or drop us a line using chat on the website.
We can quickly highlight the most important things and make the decision easier.

Can I make a calculation without a subscription?
No, you need to have an active subscription in order to make any calculation in Deepsolver.

Do you have some better deals for annual plans?
Of course, taking a 1-year annual plan you get 2 months worth of subscriptions for free (paying effectively for 10 months only).

Do you have money back guarantee?
Sure! We are sure of Deepsolver and the value it delivers. All new customers get 30-day money-back guarantee.
We would ask you to not spend more than 100 coins before claiming that, just as a fraud prevention.

What are coins/what do I need them for?
Coins are the basic currency in the Deepsolver, used to make basic actions.

What if I run out of coins before the end of the billing period?
Get some more! If this is a one-time situation, a pack of coins will do the trick.
If you just use more than your current subscription covers, a plan with more coins will be a better deal. You'll always get much more coins for the same price.
You can also get extra coins for referring Deepsolver to other users and by promo codes available in events.

May I see how Deepsolver works before buying a subscription?
Of course, you can! Schedule a demo via our website or website chat, and we will show you how Deepsolver could work in your case.

What are your payment methods?
You can pay by AmericanExpress, Visa, or Mastercard card. We accept most of the popular payment methods.
We also plan to add more and more options in near future to make life easier.

Do you have some deals for stables/staking houses?
Yes! If you are an owner of a stable, please drop a line to Alex via mail: alex@deepsolver.com or contact Totoro on our Discord channel.

Can I end my subscription anytime?
Yes, though it would be heartbreaking to see you leaving!
If you decide to change or cancel your plan, you can do it in your profile.
If that happens, you won't be charged again and the account will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle.

What happens to my coins if I don't use them?
Coins bought in packs are valid for 12 months. Coins included in your subscription are reset automatically at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.

How billing cycles are calculated?
We have annual and monthly plans. Each plan is paid upfront - with the annual plan it's payment for a year in advance (with discount).
Month-to-month plan is automatically charging its monthly fee at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
The day of your most recent subscription change is the start of your billing cycle - i.e if you upgraded or started your subscription on the 7th of September, now your billing cycle for each month is from 7th to 7th next month.
